Hotel & Suites Le Dauphin Drummondville is a family run business that has lasted from generation to generation since day one. The company was founded by the Milot family of Drummondville more than 50 years ago. Today the third generation Geneviève and Caroline now run the hotel complex after taking over from founder Jean-Claude and his sons Jean-Yves, Jean-François and Jean-Pierre.

Reservation Policy

• Individual reservations, each person pays Reservations at 1-800-567-0995 or via the web link that will be sent to you by email after signing the contract.
• Proposed rate valid for single and double occupancy
• $ 10 additional for a 3rd and/or 4th occupant over 17 years old in a room, per night, plus taxes

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations, if any, must be made before 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to avoid penalty fees equivalent to the first night’s stay, plus taxes.
• A valid credit card is required to check in. If you do not present a valid credit card, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the room rental

Quota and rate validity :

• We will keep blocked rooms and this rate available for your guests until: 20/06/2026. After this date, the unreserved rooms will be automatically released and available for general sale.
• Please note that the rate then offered for the group will no longer be available after this date

Payment, terms and conditions :

• For all reservations, a valid credit card is required when booking a room. If you do not present a valid credit card, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the room rental.
• No deposit required at the time of reservation, a pre-authorization will be taken from this credit card the day before the stay.
• If billed to account receivable; net 30 days payable in cash, check or wire transfer). Overdue account subject to a 2% monthly and 24% annual administration fee.
• We require a valid credit card and photo ID at check-in.
