Participants will be offered affordable accommodation in Queen’s University residence suites, located within a short walking distance of all seminar rooms. Two options will be available:

• Shared suite (two private bedrooms with shared bathroom)
• Full suite (entire two-bedroom unit)

Participants may also choose to book independently at nearby hotels in downtown Kingston.

Accommodation for Commissioners and the Board representative will be arranged separately by the local hosts.

Affordable on-campus accommodation located within walking distance of all seminar activities. Suites include two private bedrooms and a shared bathroom (or full two-bedroom suites). Limited availability; early booking is recommended.

Full-service hotel located on the waterfront, a short walk from Queen’s campus and downtown Kingston.

Mid-range accommodation near the waterfront and within easy access to restaurants and the downtown area.

Apartment-style rooms with kitchen facilities, also close to campus and the lake.
