Registration Includes

• Full access to all sessions of the conference
• Conference materials
• Lunch and coffee for 3 days of the conference

Registration Does Not Include

• Dinner on Wed, July 22, 2026. You may indicate your attendance when completing the registration form.

  The total cost of the dinner is CAD $100 per person. To confirm your reservation, a USD $30 deposit (approximately CAD $40) will be required in advance from those who register to attend. The remaining CAD $60 will be payable directly to the restaurant on the evening of the dinner. We will share details on how to submit the deposit shortly.

Registration Terms and Conditions

• Registrations will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on May 31, 2026.
• A confirmation notice detailing your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of this registration form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact comms@isme.org
• ISME2026 or its agents will be filming, photographing, or recording sound throughout the conference. By registering to attend the pre-conference seminar, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded during the conference.
• It is recommended that registrants obtain adequate travel, health and accident insurance before departing from their respective country of residence.
• All registration is subject to availability.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Cancellations received prior to 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026, registration fees will be refunded less service charge of US$50.
• Cancellations received after 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026, and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Please note that visa denials and visa process delays do not qualify for any exception to the conference cancellation and refund policy.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for visa delays or denials. All cancellations will strictly follow the above policies.
• All changes and cancellations must be submitted via email to comms@isme.org
