Registration fees

Full Registration includes

• Full access to all sessions of the conference
• Goodie bag
• Morning and afternoon refreshments (coffee, tea, juice, pastries) throughout the seminar

The registration fees do not include:

• Breakfasts, lunches, or dinners
• Travel or housing accommodations
• Costs associated with social and tourism events during the Seminar
• >> Wednesday boat tour – $35 CAD (purchase tickets here)
• Thursday dinner at Nostalgica – View menu here. After dinner, attendees will pay Nostalgica directly for their meals. Please RSVP to reserve a spot.

Registration Policies

• Early Bird registrations will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026.  If your registration remains unpaid on April 30, 2026 , your early bird registrations will be updated to the Regular Registration fee.
• Regular registration for presenters and those requiring university housing will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on May 18, 2026.
• Late registration for non-presenters and those not requiring university housing will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on June 15, 2026.
• A confirmation notice detailing your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of this registration form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact comms@isme.org
• ISME2026 or its agents will be filming, photographing, or recording sound throughout the conference. By registering to attend the pre-conference seminar, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded during the conference.
• It is recommended that registrants obtain adequate travel, health and accident insurance before departing from their respective country of residence.
• All registration is subject to availability.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Cancellations received prior to 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026, registration fees will be refunded less service charge of $50 USD.
• Cancellations received after 11:59 PM ET on April 30 , 2026 and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Please note that visa denials and visa process delays do not qualify for any exception to the conference cancellation and refund policy. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for visa delays or denials. All cancellations will strictly follow the above policies.
• All changes and cancellations must be submitted via email to comms@isme.org
